Go to the archive home page, click on Open Source Audio, then browse by musical genre. I saw a Latin category, and there may be other entries that catch your eye. Can't be of much further help on the subject-just a suggestion.

We have released a few native Spanish speakers through Observatory. Their tracks do not always contain lyrics/vocals, but that doesn't appear to be what you're looking for(?)

.tape. (Spain)

BalĂșn (Puerto Rico)
http://www.archive.org/audio/audio-details-db.php?collection=observatory_online&collectionid=os040

Arturo en el Barco (Puerto Rico)
http://www.archive.org/audio/audio-details-db.php?collection=observatory_online&collectionid=os041

Imtech (Spain)
http://www.archive.org/audio/audio-details-db.php?collection=observatory_online&collectionid=os013

Hope that helps.
